Dry construction system for self-supporting walls in green building. BetonWall is made up of three layers coupled in the factory: the two structural layers are made of high density BetonWood type panels (1350 kg/m³), made of cement conglomerate type Portland and debarked pine wood fiber, the internal insulating layer consists of a mineralized wood wool panel.
Thanks to the characteristics of acoustic and mass insulation, which contributes to the improvement of the thermal lag, this product is also ideal for the insulation of roofs, especially for those climatic areas with particularly hot summers.

The BetonWood cement bonded particle board is also made exclusively with wood from controlled forests in compliance with the FSC directives (Forest Stewardship Declaration).
The cement bonded particle board has so many advantages, including:

Uses
Self-supporting dry construction system for green building, with tongue and groove system and stepped edges. The system integrates the structural characteristics of concrete with the insulating ones of wood, making it ideal for partition walls, high-mass roofs for summer displacements and in Mediterranean climates. The BetonWall system is protected by an industrial patent with a patent pending at European level.
The BetonWall system is modular with interlocking installation of the panels. The finishing is done with a layer of plasterboard on both sides.

Available dimensions
For this type of cement bonded particle board and mineralized wood wool we do not have available sizes and thicknesses; for the order, minimum orders of 300 square meters are required.

Transport and storage
• the delivery of the material is normally carried out by lorries, considering the high mass of the pallets it is advisable for the recipient to have suitable equipment and mechanical lifting means with a minimum capacity of 35/40 quintals for unloading the goods;
• it is advisable to deposit the boards overlapping them one on top of the other and in order to keep them in a horizontal position, with square section supports and a minimum spacing of 80 cm;
• the transport of the single slabs must be done by cutting, never horizontally;
• avoid direct exposure to sunlight and adequately cover the material to avoid excessive accumulation of dust;
• the pallets are equipped with an upper protective plate, which must be repositioned each time above the other boards and ballasted at the top to avoid distortion of the plates below it.
